Challenge
One of our clients came to us with a request that sounded easy and straightforward. Our challenge was to supply samples of various strengths of Erythropoietic Agents from several major global markets. We were to assist them with the importation of these products into the US for research and development purposes.
Solution
This project, initially modest in financial terms, grew to involve hundreds of man-hours over a three-month period. We worked in collaboration with our partners in various countries and were able to successfully source the required products. We collaborated with our logistics agents to deliver the products to our client in the United States at the precise temperature range.
Outcome
